Nutro Guarantee

This is another first says James Brow, the Managing Director of Imports for Pets the New Zealand importer and distributor of Nutro products.

The way it works is simple: if a dog or cat owner has fed Nutro Choice as their pet's exclusive diet for a period of eight weeks and at the end of that period has not witnessed an improvement in skin and coat condition then they simply need to provide proof of purchase and request a refund from their Nutro pet food retailer.

There is one proviso and that is that Nutro could require, without cost to the pet owner, a consultation with a vet or vet nurse.

The Nutro guarantee applies to the whole range of Nutro cat and dog products.
